prague wenzels square in december 1989: revolution was going to happen. everybody in the socialistic czechoslovakian republic remembered the prague spring in 1968 when russian tanks attacked the people and this revolution failed.
in 1989 everything happened almost peacefully. hundred of thousands people were demonstrating on wenzels square again shouting for alexander dubcek as their new leader.
analoge picture taken with leica m-6 and summicron 50mm. full frame.
